Howard J. Donsky, M.D., FRCPC

Dr. Donsky received his medical degree from the University of Toronto and is the former head of dermatology at Toronto General Hospital and the University of Toronto. His residency in internal medicine was followed by dermatology and dermatologic surgery training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Royal College of Physicians of Canada and the Canadian Institute of Facioplastic Surgery. In addition, Dr. Donsky has written multiple papers on skin cancer, nail disorders, vascular tumors and the skin manifestations of internal malignancy. He also authored the world-renowned guidebook to healthy skin, Beauty is Skin Deep.

Dr. Donsky teaches, conducts research and holds an appointment at Strong Memorial Hospital, the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, and Rochester General Hospital.

Jeffrey Leathersich, RPA-C

Jeff has been practicing medicine as a Physician Assistant since 1994. Before joining the medical staff at New Genesis in 2004, he was working with the faculty of the University of Rochester Medical Center as a Critical Care Physician Assistant at Highland Hospital in Rochester, NY. He and his wife Maureen are foster and adoptive parents of an ever changing number of children. In addition to Cosmetic Medicine he has an ongoing interest in the health care of those in developing countries and he has traveled extensively. His Current Certifications include: Advance Botox® Administration, Advanced Dermal Fillers Administration, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Vein Treatment, Mesotherapy, LipoDissolve® and Advanced and Basic Cardiac Life Support. Jeff enjoys practicing Cosmetic Medicine and being able to help people look and feel better, and also the relaxed pace at New Genesis that allows him to get to know each patient and help them meet their goals.

Janice Dillman-Toeper

Janice has been a Medical Aesthetician since 1993, starting her career in plastic surgery. She has held a Cosmetology license since 1980 and was self-employed in that field for 18 years. She received her Aesthetics State Examiner License in 1997. Jan was the Head Instructor of Aesthetics at the Continental School of Beauty for 9 years. She also has a background in medical office management. She has been on staff at New Genesis for over two years. Jan is the mother of two teenage children. Jan’s current certifications include: Advanced Chemical Peels, Fotofacial®, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Vein Removal, Skin Tightening, and Microdermabrasion.

Nicole Duell

Nicole is an Aesthetician and graduate of Continental Beauty School. She is the proud mother of three teenage sons. Some of Nicole’s specialties include: Facials, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, and Laser Hair Removal. Customer satisfaction is Nicole’s number one goal. Her experience and training has enhanced her ability to assist clients in finding the best route of treatment care for all skin types. Nicole recognizes the importance of staying current in the aesthetics field by attending seminars to keep involved with the ever-changing beauty industry.

Carol Coppini

Carol has been a Cosmetologist since 1979 and a Medical Aesthetician since 1993. She has been a Licensed Permanent Make-up Artist since 2002 and received her Advanced Permanent Make Up Certification in 2003. Her artistry, eye for detail, and 25 years in the beauty industry has quickly promoted her to being the most sought after Permanent Make-Up Artist in Upstate New York. She practices in Buffalo and at New Genesis in Rochester. Carol takes pride in her ability to help people who have suffered injuries or reconstruction look and feel better through her skills. She is the proud mother of a 12 year old son.

Andrea Rogalski

Patient Care Coordinator

As the Patient Care Coordinator at New Genesis, Andrea is a wealth of information for all of the patients and staff. She arranges consultations and treatment schedules making every effort to accommodate your needs. She has held a New York State Appearance Enhancement License since 1997 and has a backround in medical office management with 7 years experience. She enjoys assisting clients in every aspect of their treatment care, from initial inquiry about services to financing options, aftercare and follow up. Andrea is an animal lover and proud supporter of several local humane organiztions.
