Cancellation Policy

We understand that in the business of life, unfortunate circumstances may arise that prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointments. At New Genesis, we strive to keep all of our services affordable to our clients. We respectfully request 24 business hours of notice to cancel appointments for any reason. If you are not able to give 24 business hours of notice, you will be billed at 50% of the scheduled service (a $35.00 minimum will be charged). If we are able to fill your appointment, you will not be billed.

Medical spa tip policy

To clarify a common question, our aestheticians may not receive tips for medical procedures such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments. For spa services such as facials, clients may leave a tip if they are so inclined.

Privacy Policy

This website and the New Genesis MedSpa and Wellness Center will adhere to all legal privacy requirements and make every effort to assure the privacy of information contained in our patient files, as well as any information submitted to this website.

We do not share information from our mailing lists under any circumstances to third parties. We may use general information provided by you to answer questions about the products and services we offer. Photographs used on this website and in our office have been released by the individuals for public use.

New Genesis MedSpa and Wellness Center adheres to all federal laws relating to HIPAA and maintains that our patient information will remain confidential.
